Twilight Rhyme!!

Hey Guys....
I found this extremely cute and amazing poem with much difficulty...so enjoy!!

At the beginning of Twilight we meet Isabella Swan,
Our seventeen year old heroine who has got her “emo” on

Moving from Renee in Arizona to live with Charlie in Forks,
Bella hopes to slip in unnoticed and hide among the other dorks

But much to her dismay, at school she’s clearly the hot new dish,
In fact, one Edward Cullen thinks that she would be delish!

First less subtle paramours vie for Bella’s attention,
Mike Newton doesn’t waste a day before showing his affection.

Yet Bella is more captivated by a particular clique
Specifically, a certain somebody, who’s kind of a dick.

These are the Cullens - the foster children of the doctor,
Pale-skinned beauties so gorgeous it nearly shocks her

There’s Rosalie & Emmett, and Jasper & Alice,
And Edward, the fifth wheel that throws her heart off balance

Jessica says, “Don’t bother” - but Bella’s attraction is impulsive
It’s too bad he seems to find her utterly repulsive.

But when a car almost kills her, Edward saves the day,
Although Bella swears she saw him standing several far away

She wouldn’t just ignore this supernatural strength and speed,
Knowing Edward was surely a very different breed.

For the first time she dreams of her pale-white, white knight,
And so begins the love story at the center of Twilight.

Though initially keeping their distance is what Edward recommends
He soon turns around to Bella and admits he wants to be friends.

She calls his bluff and invites him on a beach trip with the gang,
But they’re going to La Push, where Cullens cannot hang.

Bella goes and gets some info that she’s not sure what to make of,
Courtesy of future third wheel, her childhood pal Jacob.

He tells her crazy La Push legends of mythological creatures
Describing vampires who share a lot of Edward’s traits and features

Bella does her research and Edward confirms her suspicion
After rescuing her again – it’s fast becoming their tradition

He reveals that he’s a vampire but unlike bloodsucking barbarians
The Cullen’s don’t drink human blood – calling themselves vegetarians.

He’s gorgeous, he reads minds - with the exception of Bella,
He plays piano, he’s immortal, he’s the prince to her Cinderella.

And though he’s a vampire who craves her blood, she’ll go out on a limb
Because she is unequivocally and irrevocably in love with him.

Their affections declared, it’s time to have some fun,
First things first – to the meadow to see Edward in the sun.

Bella asserts yet again that being together is worth any risk,
Edward finally pops her vampire cherry and they share their first kiss

In the book it happened in the meadow; in the movie , her bed,
And wow – yeah, we get it – we’d rather be dead.

Take a minute – think of Robsten in all of their glory,
And then we’ll resume with the Cullen’s back story.

Edward was dying of influenza and was about to expire
When Dr Carlisle Cullen turned him into a vampire

Esme, Rosalie, and Emmett were followed by two final additions,
Jasper who manipulate emotions and Alice who has premonitions

Bella meets Edward’s family so it would only seem right
To introduce Charlie to the guy who doesn’t sleep in her room each night

They resist temptation even though they spend every night together,
And go out for a vampire family baseball game in thunder stormy weather

Visiting vampires check out the ballgame, including James the tracker,
Who see the Cullen’s brought a human, and he has to attack her.

The hunt is on and Bella needs to get out of town
She’ll go hide out in Phoenix while Edward brings the predator down

Unfortunately James escapes and there’s an impending sense of doom
When Alice has a vision of the hunter alone in a mirrored room.

Bella knows that this is the dance studio, located near her house,
James quickly lures her there, in a high stakes game of cat-and-mouse

He’s such a vampire of our time – got to have the kill recorded,
Yet with the slow and painful death he’s planned, extra time is afforded…

For Edward and the Cullen’s to bust in and win the fight,
And suck Bella dry of venom spreading from the vampire’s bite

She wakes up in the hospital – still alive and still in love
Edward promises never to leave her – but will that be enough?

Though his word will be tested, that’s not until later on,
First there are human rites of passage like going to the prom

Jacob stops by to give Bella a message at the dance,
But even this foreshadowing can’t hurt the star-crossed lover’s great romance

Bella Swan and Edward Cullen are meant to be together
Their co-dependent, all-consuming devotion’s “enough for forever”

Here is where Twilight ends but the story just begins,
Thank goodness ‘cause we’ve got a case of the Rob Pattinson’s

The sexy stare and messy hair have us totally Robsessed
But there’s a sexy pup that’s growing up and we’re already impressed

New Moon!!!!

So new moon movie is around the corner and I am so very excited to see it....So for that I am posting a very cool and amazing poem about new moon written by a girl called Elissa and according to me she did a fantastic job. I am sure everyone will just adore it!!...sit back and enjoy...!!

What happens when forever ends too soon?
The angst continues and it’s called New Moon.

The second book of the saga by Stephenie Meyer,
Brings werewolves into the mix with humans and vampires.

But before this recap gets into all the sad and sullen
Let’s scream or smile at the mere mention of Edward Cullen!!!!!

Bella and Eddie were still going steady a few months after Twilight,
Crazy in love and all of that stuff – but she still couldn’t get him to bite

She wants to be transformed but he’s repeatedly told her,
He’s not making her a vampire – she’ll just keep getting older

Bella’s birthday at the Cullen’s goes well for a little bit,
Until she gets a paper cut and Jasper loses his shit.

Carlisle’s on hand to stitch her up and talk about her soul,
But Edward starts withdrawing, and acting like an @$$hole

It was just a little bloody accident, Bella pleaded and insisted
But Edward said he had to go and it would be like he never existed

After he disappears, Bella plunges deep into her despair,
It’s not the healthiest breakup, but it’s Edward Cullen (!!!) to be fair.

After a movie in Port Angeles, Bella thinks she sees a familiar stranger,
And hears Edward’s voice warning her as she is drawn towards the danger

So Bella decides to put herself in more precarious situations
Hoping motorcycles will also lead to Edward hallucinations

She goes to Jacob Black and asks him to fix up some bikes
And is surprised she’s found a human that she genuinely likes

Being around Jacob helped put Bella back together
He was her sun – with him she started to feel better

Jake was doing a good job growing up, and Bella couldn’t deny
That with rock-hard killer abs, he was sort of a beautiful guy.

It seems fitting to reference the film and of course mention
Taylor Lautner’s performance… and his physical perfection.

When Bella falls off her bike and her face hits the dirt,
The only way to fix a cut is for Jake to take off his shirt.

Right around this time, the lines of friendship start to blur
Bells tells Jake she doesn’t feel the way he feels about her

She says she loves him as a friend and needs him around
He promises her the world even though she just shot him down

He swore he’d never hurt her – unlike that other guy…
But then he turned into a werewolf – a likely alibi

He disappeared, refused her calls, and never called her back
But give him a break, he’s busy with a wolf (and smoking six-) pack.

And wherefore art thou hot vampire – aside from Bella’s imagination,
Victoria wants revenge and Laurent’s at large… not an ideal situation

For Bella who’s in trouble until a pack of wolves arrive
And manage to kill Laurent and keep our heroine alive

Jacob couldn’t tell her truth but Bella eventually guessed,
That the wolf stuff all traced back to the guy with whom she’s obsessed

She was often alone when Jacob went off to shape shift,
So one day she decided to go ahead and jump off a cliff.

Jacob pulls Bella out of the water, once again keeping her alive,
On the way home she considers giving in to a moment she knew would arrive

But the scent of vampires is in the air, which means they can’t be far,
And suddenly Bella sees the familiar sight of a Cullen’s car.

Jacob begged her not to go inside – but of course Bella refused,
Say what you want to say, but her loyalty has never been confused.

She fears Victoria’s waiting, and is thrilled it’s Alice instead
Who is absolutely shocked to find a Bella that isn’t dead.

Jacob returns the next day, just like a loyal pup,
And when Edward calls Bella’s house – on his rival, Jake hangs up

Alice sees what has happened and what inevitably will,
When Edward provokes the Volturi – he’ll be theirs for the kill

Edward needs to see Bella in the flesh before it is too late,
Jacob begs her to stay for him, but she’s got another date.

Virgin Airways flies them direct to Volterra, the Italian city,
Where Bella must come through – a world without RPattz would be a pity!

She must break through red-robed masses before the clock strikes noon,
And stop Edward from acting like Romeo – a tragically impulsive loon.

Through the fountain she goes, as Edward’s shirt comes undone,
And Bella pushes him back as he steps into the sun.

He thinks that he’s died; he’s obviously not the sharpest chap,
Cause they’re alive, and dealing with the Volturi – oh crap!

Red-eyed Aro’s impressed by the trio, but Bella not what he unexpected,
She’s immune to mind readers, and when Jane inflicts pain she’s unaffected.

Since Bella knows more about vampires than they’ll allow anybody,
Her choices are: be killed, be a vampire, or join the Voltur-ati.

Bella will become a vampire – information we can find
When Alice reads the future and Aro reads Alice’s mind.

Bella and friends are free to leave Volterra and head back to the states,
To ponder inter-species relationships and star-crossed lovers fates

Reunited with the Cullen’s, Bella puts her mortality to a vote,
The majority say change her, which Carlisle will do if Edward won’t

Of course she wants it to be Edward, who says he’ll stop opposing,
If Bella agrees to marry him… I guess this is his way of proposing.

She’s staunchly against marriage, but eternal damnation is great
Undead forever is one thing – there’s still a high divorce rate

And of course there’s Jacob the werewolf, Bella’s former best friend
Who reminds Edward about the biting terms that’d bring their truce to an end

The message is clear, but keeping Jacob in her life is Bella’s vow
It won’t be easy but Edward’s back so nothing’s impossible now

When and how everyone in this love triangle comes to grips
Is fodder for the next book/movie, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

But before we jump ahead and pre-purchase tickets for June,
Let’s take time to bask in the amazing glow of the New Moon

For never was a story of more desire
Than this of Bella Swan and her vampire

Some ideas about animals and stuff relating to them..

Hey guyz...
I know this is kind of weird to write about animals and stuff but really I cant stop writing about them. I mean I love animals very much and would love to do anything to improve their conditions and also to fight for their rights.

Antispeciesism is certainly a new concept in the world in which we are living. In our society, animals are considered resources, or goods available for human use. Rarely do we give any thought to the suffering of animals, or reflect on our attitudes towards them, let alone consider the idea that they may be considered rights holders. We never consider whether this is a form of speciesism, that is, arbitrary discrimination against those individuals who belong to a certain species. In fact, even if we sometimes hear the term ‘animal rights’ we seldom know what is it all about.

While we show some concern for certain animals (such as dogs, cats, and some wild creatures), most others are treated with total disregard. But an animal need not be "cute" or human-like to have the ability to feel. A trout, a pig, a chicken, a frog or a lobster all have the capacity for experiencing joy or suffering pain or distress. Their lives matter to them as much as our lives do to us, and they will defend themselves if they can.

I really do not mean to offend any non vegetarian but I want to convey that why vegetarianism is important.
Eating animals is, without doubt, the human activity that impacts negatively upon the largest numbers of animals. It is estimated that about 90-95% of the animals that suffer and die due to human intervention do so because of the demand for animals as "food". From our childhood onward, we are brought up in an environment where eating animals is something "normal". For that reason, most of us never ask ourselves if there could be something wrong with it. As a result, we tend not to see that a meal that for us means a moment of pleasure, for the animals we eat means, quite simply, their lives. It is only possible to do this if we consider the interests of animals to be totally irrelevant. However, if we really think about it, we can see how difficult such an attitude is to maintain.

It is sometimes claimed that only capacities such as intelligence or the ability to reason confer upon a being the right to justice, suggesting that only human beings matter. However, the fact that a being manifests a different degree or type of intelligence does not mean that it lacks it altogether. The important point is that such characteristics cannot be considered as morally relevant. One sentient being doesn't feel any more than another, just because she or he is more intelligent, or has a different kind of intelligence.

Many people think that why should we not eat non veg food when they animals are already dead. But they do not recognize that animals ARE killed cuz of the demand for them.
Slaughter is exactly the same in the case of free-range animals. Free-range meat production reflects the same gross neglect and disregard for animals' interests as any other exploitation or killing of animals. Also, fish are victims of tremendously painful deaths caused in many different and terrible ways. Many die when pulled out from the depths of the sea, because of decompression - the different pressure makes their organs literally burst inside them. Others die of suffocation, once they are out of the sea. Yet others die when frozen alive in fridges, or crushed by the weight of tons of animals caught with them, and some are boiled or cut up alive.

Many people also strongly believe that people who eat non veg food are 'HEALTHIER' than people who are vegetarian. It is a myth cuz All essential nutrients can be obtained from a plant-based diet, without the ill effects caused by animal products. The cholesterol and saturated fats in animal products accumulate inside the arteries, causing obstructions - it is widely acknowledged that many cases of coronary occlusions could be prevented by excluding animal flesh, eggs and dairy produce from the menu. The uric acid in these products contributes to decalcification, causing osteoporosis. Endless lists of ailments such as arthritis, asthma, obesity, rheumatism, arteriosclerosis and many cancers (for example, colon, breast, prostate and stomach) are directly linked to the consumption of animal products. These conditions are significantly less common among vegetarians, who in general lead healthier and longer lives. In addition, there are the dangers associated with a host of chemicals routinely administered to animals - mainly antibiotics and hormones - together with the risk of infectious diseases, such as Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE, and its human counterpart, CJD), salmonella, E-coli or listeriosis.

High School Never Ends..!!

Hey guyz,
The other day, I had to write an article on 'The Best Days of my Life'. Suddenly while thinking about happy days of my life, sweet memories of school days came rushing to me. I was so enchanted by the memories that I didnt even realize, I was writing all about my school. It must have happened 'cuz all my best moments were made in school.

For many people school life symbolizes 'homework' and 'detention'. But I disagree 'cuz whatever you learn in life is due School. Well I was never the 'Prom Queen' type of girl infact I was very shy, reserved, and quite. Inspite of being so innocently shy, I enjoyed my time at school. I miss all my teachers especially my class teacher. She was fun and nice. Well, one of the reasons that I like her is that I was her favourite student. In school, you feel complete and you experience the sense of belonging. Each student has his/her personality there. You feel safe and accept school as your family. You get so used to seeing the faces of your mates for 13yrs that sometimes you feel lost without them. This phase of school life happens only once in life and remains with you forever. It creates such strong memories, that it is very diffcult to fade with period. During your school life, you are carefree and jovial. Responsibilities is just not there in your dictionary. You make friends for life when at school. Talking about school time, you can never forget the time you share your sweet dreams to your friends, and they tell you theirs; the time you have fun with them playing on the school yard or going shopping or even playing truant together! ... No matter how good or bad those memories are, school time is still unforgettable with sweet friendship and platonic love. I made 13best friends. I am thankful to school for everything it taught me and the love it gave me.

When you graduate and step in the outside world, you are completely alone with no proper path to guide you. You get separated from your friends. You get many responsibilities and encumbrances. You have to work very hard to compete with others. Many times you dont understand whom to trust and rely on. You have to be a survivor to stay in this competent world. Unlike school no one cares whether you are fine or not. You stumble while finding your path, but you dont get any hand to help you up. You fight your own battle. You may find everything complicated and upside down.

In conclusion, I just want to emphasize that school life is the very best time in human life. So when you are young and still going to school, you should make this time as beautiful and colorful as you can.
Hence I say...HIGH SCHOOL NEVER ENDS!!!....

In summary, I have a special poem for you all which means exactly what i've been wanting to say...Here it is-

School is a daily routine for us
In the morning, we're sure to make a fuss
Even when the sun is still not up,
Here we are, awake at 6am sharp

We feel that school is such a bore

Parents say, “School’s great! Now, go!”

Petty issues with parents...

Hey,
I guess this is a very well-known topic among the teens! I mean, there are small diagreements with parents from your hairstyle to your friends, your marks at school to your television habits, your future plans to your curfew, it might just seem like you argue with your parents about everything. You often ask this question to yourself as 'why me??'. It seems as if your parents cannot decide whether you're a kid or an adult 'cuz sometimes they say is "stop acting like a baby" and sometimes they go saying "You're too small for this...!"
Not only are the parents confused but they confuse us too, like when are we supposed to act big and when to act small.
I think the cause of such fights may be related to lack of freedom, lack of voicing your own opinions, lack of trust and understanding and a lot due to wrong image of the teens shown in movies n magazines.
Due to the image shown in movies and magazines of the teenagers, all the parents have a misunderstanding that even their child may prefer the bad path under wrong influence. I agree that there are such cases of getting wrongly influenced but statistically speaking the chances are 30 out of every 100.

But the parents have an upperhand in most of the fights leading to suppression of feelings especially of anger in teens. This also surely results in hiding true feeling from parents and worse lying to them about your feelings. I am sure no parent can understand such suppression and hence more fights take place.

But I think, as its a normal and a natural phenomena, We on our part, Should try and avoid such fights by-
1.All fights can't be avoided, and sometimes a fight is needed to work out an issue. However, you should be proud of yourself when you succeed in keeping your emotions in check: It's a tough skill but a useful one.

2.Remember, your parents are people, too -- people who make mistakes, just like you.

3.If you can, find another way of getting out your anger and frustration, such as exercise, art or music. You may find that it improves your relationships with others and/or makes you a calmer person in general.

4.Count till 10 in your head.

5.Think of a way that your parents have helped or pleased you.

6.Politely remind others that you need a little space.

7.Consider what else is going on in your parents' lives.

8.Consider what else is going on in your own life.

9.Remind yourself that fighting usually doesn't solve problems.

10.Slow down and think.

I hope this helps in solving some of the most basic problems in life.

Girls Night Out..!!

Hey,
Like i had mentioned in the earlier post about going to the overnight party, it turned out to be amazing and totally cool!. I really had a fabulous time with my friends. We were awake till 6 in the morning!(No wonder I am feeling sleep deprived). We talked for hours and hours continuously, had a midnight snack-though the snack was at 3 am, revealed many secrets, had a fashion show, took lots and lots of pics and made a lot of noise.

The lack of sleep is taking its toll on me today. Its really annoying when you have to do stuff like cleaning up your room, arranging cds and tidying your wardrobe. I am far from concentrating on my maths homework.
But i guess spendng time and having fun with friends is worth this annoyance.

During on of these sleepovers, we even made a song of our group. It goes like this-

"We'll always be there for each other,
Nothing can ever break us apart,
So what if we can't be together?
We'll still be woven heart-to-heart.....

Friends Forever!

Hello Friends,
Friendship is the most valuable gift of life. I mean can you imagine life without friends?...I surely cannot. My motto in life about friends is "Always give in friendship, never expect to receive"....Believe me this will earn you more friends than you can imagine.
I have a friend circle of 13 best friends. I can trust them with my life. They are Manali, Pragya, Aishwarya, Dhanashree, Amala, Sayli, Pinank, Dhruv, Swayam, Rishabh, Vatsal, Biswajit and Soumeet.( They'll be happy for mentioning their names!!).

Well I am not saying that there are no ups and downs and hard ways in friendship( like in movies!)but you gotta fight your way out and patch up again. the most important thing in friendship is "forget and forgive".

At present I am very happy because vacation is going on and i get to hang out a lot with my friends. Yesterday, I went out with my friends to the mall and saw the movie -Julie and Julia. I loved the movie and inspired me to make a blog of my own.
Today, we are planning on having a sleepover and midnight feast!...How amazing!!...I am eagerly waiting for it...

Now i gotta go...mum's calling me...I'll surely fill up the things we did at sleepover and also post the pics for you to see...till then enjot your day...have fun and make lots of friends.

Crazy isssues of Love..

Hello again!
Well to tell you the truth, I am not an expert on love issues. In fact I have some problems of my own for example, I do not have a boyfriend!!(I mean it so embarrassing that I can hardly mention it). I mean everyone has a boyfriend 'cept me!!...But to tell you the truth I don't find any guyz upto the mark I want. One of my friends says that i have high expectations but i wonder how. I mean everyone wants their bf/gf to be perfect as in good looking, smart, funny, understanding, loving, caring, brave etc...
I really don't get the fact that how to deal with hormonal changes like crushes, infatuations and frissons. Many times due to frissons you act really stupid and dumb like when he/she(your crush) asks you about your day, you just stand there, staring at him/her like an utter moron and say something that only an alien can understand! You make a complete fool out of yourself! There is gotta be a way of avoiding such social faux pas.
I am quite sure there are many unknown people like me who have such horrible issues!! Whoever reads this, please do help me in finding solution to this problem and save others from making a fool out of themselves.

Hello everyone!
Like i have mentioned it, I am an average teenage girl of 17 years. I will try and give you the best and closest description of myself- I have dark long hair, dark brown huge eyes and fair skin. I am five feet five inches tall and weigh 100 pounds. I am perfectly normal without having any special powers or without having a secret identity of being a superstar. I am neither a princess nor a vampire but just a regular college girl with decent looks and style. I am not a punk but a girl who is very girlie. I like listening to songs especially of pussycat dolls, taylor swift, westlife and some others. I like watching t.v., coming online, shopping, watching movies and hanging out with friends. I am extremely lucky to have wonderful and loyal friends. I hate people who do not understand you or worse who do not trust you for your judgement. I am an animal lover and thus a pure vegeterian. I am surely going to donate a huge amount of money to PETA organisation and Save Earth campaign. I am totally against cutting down and deforestation of trees.
